I am passionate about working with people of all ages from diverse backgrounds, and am focused on providing culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and strengths-based care. I am a biracial, bilingual Advanced Practice Social Worker committed to treating individuals, couples, and families. I share a unique perspective from personal experiences of being adopted, growing up as a biracial woman, and learning what cultural identity means to each individual person.
My clinical interests include treating anxiety, depression, intergenerational trauma, and complex trauma. My passion lies in Black mental health, immigrants and refugees, and other marginalized populations. My multicultural personal and professional experiences have helped me better understand and connect with diverse clientele.
In my free time, I enjoy playing and spending time with my 2 children, dog, and cat! I love to travel and have been to 11 countries.
