We are also considerate of alternative methods to treatment and are willing to integrate unique solutions throughout the process.

Rachael is a Family Nurse Practitioner with over 9 years of primary care experience and earned her doctoral degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. In addition to her direct practice as a Nurse Practitioner, she is a professor at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in the nursing program. Her previous professional career consists of several roles with various hospitals and nonprofit agencies. Rachael is an advocate for migrant workers and underserved populations.

Dr. Marshall Bales
Dr. Bales is a board-certified Psychiatrist with a medical degree from University of Kansas School of Medicine and has practiced in Wisconsin since 1991. He serves in many capacities ranging from forensics, children, adolescents, adults, geriatric and professional court evaluation. Dr. Bales is known for practicing with medical thoroughness by educating his patients about medication and alternative treatments.
